Chili Peppers Fight Belly Fat

It is the ultimate showdown, chili peppers vs. sugar. That’s right, as you probably already know, sugar makes your belly fat grow – on the other hand, chili peppers can shrink your belly fat.
Specifically, according to a recent study from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, only 6 milligrams of capsinoids a day, which is an active compound in chili peppers that makes them taste hot, has the power to reduce your belly fat.
Since I am not a big fan of supplements, I do not think you should start supplementing your diet with a standardized chili-pepper extract. I mean, you can do that if you want to, but I would not. What do I recommend? Include chili peppers in your diet.
