Diets That Burn Belly Fat

Hi, I’m looking for diets that burn belly fat. And I’m very confused because there’re so many diet that burn belly fat out there, but I have tried some of them and I sill can’t lose belly fat. Diets that burn belly fat do not exist. True, if you are looking for the fastest way to lose belly fat, you need to go on a diet, but only fad diets makes claims that they can actually burn belly fat. It is a scam. A good diet can help you lose weight, and when you lose weight you lose belly fat. When a diet makes a claim that it specifically targets belly fat and not, say, love handles fat, it is a red flag.

In other words, do not trust any diet that claims it can spot-reduce your body fat deposits, only plastic surgery (think liposuction) can do this. That having been said, if you are serious about losing belly fat, you do need to find a good diet. Which diet do I recommend? I like a high protein, moderate carbohydrates diet that focuses on fiber-rich fruits (think berries), high-fiber vegetables (think broccoli and asparagus), high-fiber beans, maybe some whole-grains, and healthy fats (think extra virgin olive oil).

With an exception of sugar, the diet of your choice should not be overly restrictive. In addition, while you do not need to count every calorie, it is important to keep an eye on your total daily calorie intake.
