Exercises to Burn Stomach Fat

There are many exercises to burn stomach fat. Some exercises to burn stomach fat are completely useless, but some exercises to burn stomach fat are useful. The trick here is to figure which set of exercises to burn stomach fat works for you. I cannot answer this question; you have to try a number of different exercises before you can make an educated decision.

But I can give you some examples of the exercises to burn stomach fat that seem to work for most people.

Stomach massage While leaning back, raise feet off the floor and balance on the tailbone with knees shoulder-width apart and bent into the chest and arms encircling the thighs. Stay lifted and look to the core without dropping head forward. Inhale. Stretch legs up into the air, keeping the form of the upper body and heels together. Pull knees back into the chest, pressing air from the lungs. Repeat five to eight times. Roll down to the mat with knees bent.

Footwork for the abs Lie on the back with knees bent into the chest and opened shoulder-width apart. Squeeze heels together. Layer hands behind the base of the head and pull the core down into the mat. Lift head and look toward the core. Inhale, deepening the scoop of the core. Press legs away. Exhale and bring knees back into the shoulders. Repeat five to eight times, lower head to mat and stretch out the body.
