What is the fastest way to lose belly fat? Does the fastest way to lose belly fat exist? Do not get me wrong, I am not saying that your daily calorie intake is not important. It is very important but it is also important to keep your insulin and blood sugar under control, which low-carb diets are very good at. However, I am not a big fan of typical low-carb diets, because they are too restrictive. So which diet should you follow?

Let’s put it this way: I would not be overly obsessed with counting carbs. I would pay a very close attention to the composition of my diet. I would focus on high-fiber vegetables and high-fiber fruits, and I would make sure that my diet contains a sufficient amount of lean proteins and healthy fats. I would also keep my simple carbohydrate consumption at the minimum, and I would consume a limited amount of whole-grains.

In other words, the best diet for the fastest way to lose belly fat is a balanced diet, high in fiber and lean proteins. As for exercise, the best exercise to lose weight and belly fat is walking. That’s right, you do not need to go to the gym to lose belly fat, and you do not need fancy exercise programs. Walk for 30 minutes every day or for 45 minutes every other day, and do not forget to let your body rest, which means you need to take at least one or two days off.
