If you are looking for a diet to lose belly fat, Harley Pasternak’s 5-Factor Diet is pretty awesome. Compared to other diets, this diet is arguably one of the best diets out there. It is not specifically designed to target belly fat, but it is a quality weight-loss diet that is pretty easy to follow.

Some people think that Harley Pasternak’s 5-Factor Diet is just another low-carb diet. It is not a low-carb diet. Its focus is on fiber-rich vegetables and protein, as well as healthy fats and fiber-rich fruits. True, the diet does focus on protein, but it does not severely restrict your carbohydrates consumption the way other diets do, such as Atkins for example.

In short, I like Harley Pasternak’s 5-Factor Diet simply because it is a diet that I can easily follow on my own. All I need is a wide variety of proteins, vegetables, healthy fats and some fruits, and I am all set. It does not require fancy supplements (that are useless anyway) or expensive pre-packaged diet foods.

    Tell me about it. The 5 factor diet is probably the best diet out there. I’ve been on this diet for 4 months and already lost 23 pounds. I also lost belly fat but not as much as wanted to. I don’t use the delivery service it is too expensive for me, but I follow the diet as described in the book. It’s not hard.
