How to Lose Weight Fast and Dieting Blunders

Can you lose weight fast without dieting blunders? Can you lose belly fat by following a “perfect” diet? Those who know how to lose weight fast know this simple fact: when you are trying to lose weight or belly fat, it is important to remember that you are in it for the long haul.
And those who know how to lose belly fat also know this: just because you give in to a moment of weakness, does not mean you have to beat yourself up about it, and it does not mean you are failing your belly fat diet. It will slow your progress but no single mistake can stop your weight loss progress for long if you summon up your courage, forgive yourself a single indiscretion and stick with your weight loss program.
Let’s say your belly fat diet calls for a two pounds per week weight loss. A single trip to a fast food restaurant where you pick up a double cheeseburger, small fries, and a milkshake can add up to an astounding 1,400 calories. That can be your entire day’s allowance in a single meal.
However, over the course of your week, if you still do everything else right, that’s less than half a pound difference in weight loss. Slipping up once a week with a trip to the fast food restaurant means that instead of losing 2 pounds in a given week, you might only lose a pound and a half. Losing a pound and a half is still a success. When you build a diet plan, you can even build in a little room for the occasion treat.
For example, I might aim for one and a half pounds a week in actual weight loss while targeting two pounds worth of calorie reduction and exercise each week, then I can make one mistake each week (or allow myself one treat) and still reach my goal. Remember, a diet that is painful and onerous is one that is more likely to lead to failure because it is just too difficult to maintain.
