Lori Loughlin Diet Plan

Lori Loughlin‘s diet plan is not the worst diet I have seen. In fact, I sort of like Lori Loughlin’s diet plan, but something is missing from it. What is missing from Lori Loughlin’s diet? Snacks! As for the rest of it, well, let’s take a look at what Lori eats.
Breakfast Egg whites: 57 calories for 3 whites. Lean protein is always a great choice; she can do even better by adding some veggies.
Lunch Turkey salad: 4 oz. lean turkey is about 120 calories. 2 cups mixed greens contains about 60 calories.
Snack Fresh vegetable juice: 8 oz. juice is about 50 calories. Given the fact that juices suck in general, this is not a good snacking option. A much better choice would be something like apple slices with some peanut better or a quality protein bar.
Dinner Baked salmon with Dijon mustard topping, lentils and a salad. 6 oz. salmon: 300 calories. 2 tsp. Dijon mustard: 10 calories. 1/2 cup lentils: 115 calories. 2 cups mixed greens: 60 calories. Her dinner is perfect; I would not change a thing. [source: OK!]
