One Exercise to Lose Belly Fat

What if you could choose only one exercise to lose belly fat? Which exercise would you choose? Is it even possible to find only one exercise to lose belly fat? Yes, it is possible. Obviously, there are many exercises to lose belly fat, but they are not all created equal. In fact, the most popular exercises that are often promoted as the best exercises to lose belly fat are completely useless.
If I had to choose only one exercise, I would choose the jump rope exercise. It should be noted that if you are extremely overweight or if you need to lose more than 20 pounds, the more appropriate exercise for you would be walking, but if you need to lose less than 20 pounds, jump rope is one of the best exercises out there. Why?
First, you can do it virtually anywhere and the equipment is very cheap and available at any sports store. Second, it is a great cardio exercise. Third, it burns a pretty good amount of calories in a relatively short time. The jump rope exercise can be easily combines with walking.
You can walk for 5 minutes, then jump rope for 1 minute, then walk again for 5 minutes, then jump rope for another minute, etc – the combination of both makes exercising fun and easier to complete. Let’s face it, even those who are not overweight cannot jump rope, for say, 15 minutes nonstop, but you have to jump rope for at least 15 minutes a day three times a week to see any results. So combine walking with jump rope – they complement each other nicely.
