In other words, you simply do not need to exercise to cut your daily calorie intake by, say, 500 calories, which will help you lose belly fat.

And here is another reason why the best exercise to lose belly fat is complete nonsense. Exercises that target your abs are designed not to reduce the amount of belly fat, there are designed to make your abs visible, but your abs are not going to be visible if you have belly fat, which you can only lose if you lose overall weight. So, essentially, those who believe that the best exercise to lose belly can help you, well, lose belly fat argue that something like abdominal crunches aid weight loss, which is clearly not the case.
